In this 118th edition in the series, as we approach the 76th anniversary of Pearl Harbor, Clay reflects on the status of U.S. maritime preparedness, from the urgent need to recruit for high school and college maritime training schools, to the lack of sealift for critically important cargoes, leaving us with the inability to build up and respond quickly in a crisis as we did in WWII. Clay’s bottom line…we need to do it NOW, before its too late.
