In this 119th edition in the series, Clay discusses the recent legislative effort (part of H.R. 2825) to bring back a reliable land-based enhanced LORAN, (or eLORAN), positioning, navigation, and timing system as complement to, and backup for, the Global Positioning System (GPS), in the event that GPS signals are corrupted, degraded, unreliable, or otherwise unavailable from disruption such as an Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) attack.
