Part 1 of a 6 Part Series. In this program, Dr. Cartner begins a 6-part series which will analyze why the global maritime industry often suffers from a negative public image. At the conclusion of the series, Maritime TV will discuss the initiation of an innovative campaign to address this mainstream public relations issue head-on. In this first program in the series, Dr. Cartner introduces the six elements which make up the series, beginning with Media Ignorance.
